Montanino, Joseph, 84, of Rockville Centre, passed away on August 1, 2026. Beloved husband to Theresa, father to Jay aka Joe (Lisa). Cherished grandfather to Jaci Montanino and Christian James. Retired NYC cab driver and nanny to his grandchildren. Lover of good cigars and great scotch. Master of storytelling. Family and friends may visit on Wednesday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday at 10:45 AM at St. Agnes Cathedral 29 Quealy Place Rockville Centre, NY 11570.
In Lieu of flowers the family requests donations to St. Jude or Tunnel to Towers in Joseph's name.
