Anthony Minchilli, 83 years old from Rockville Centre, NY passed away on August 12, 2021. Predeceased by his wife Louise. Also predeceased by his Mother, Gemma Ferrara, and his brothers Benny Ferrara and Donald Ferrara. Beloved father of Anita Morelli (Steven), Lisa Minchilli and Jennifer DiMarco (Philip III). Adoring Grandfather of Samantha Gunacar (Kenny), Steven Morelli (Stephanie), Antonia DiMarco and Philip DiMarco IV (PJ), and Forever Guardian Angel of his Great-Grandson Santino Angelo Morelli. Anthony lived his life in the service of others. Korean War Veteran, Journeyman for the Steamfitters Local 638 and he spent his days helping others. Anthony was an avid golfer, fisherman, friend to many. He enjoyed cooking for his family, loud, boisterous barbecues on the patio and he was a very important part in the raising of his grandchildren. He loved to laugh, play practical jokes, and he was chock full of fun facts! He spent many days and nights helping his neighbors and coordinating events in the senior center where he resided, was a diehard Yankees and Buffalo Bills fan and was a treasured and trusted friend who will be sorely missed. Anthony had a love for ducks so when you see or hear one, Anthony is nearby.
